Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

Email help@ayurheal.in with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and return address by email.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome of your return and the refund arrangements by email after reviewing your request and any returned item. The time taken for an approved refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
